• Appointed as official designer for Miss Australia 2006, in the Miss Universe 2006 pageant in Los Angeles.
  
  
• Hosted a show in collaboration with Montblanc to launch Montblanc jewellery in May and June, 2006. Bora's lastest couture and eveningwear was featured.
  
  
• Showcased as a designer at the Royal Easter Show in Sydney in April 2006.
  
  
• Showcased as a designer at the Brisbane Ekka Coffee Club Parades in July 2006.
  
  
• Recieved outstanding Korean Award in recognition for Bora's positive role for Koreeans in Queensland in September 2006
  
  
• Launched Bora home-shop label in Korea - "Hwa Sook Lee"
